The ASSURE Model of Learning

When I look back to my high school, I am seeing some teachers tried to use asssure model. Like analyze learners, evaluate and revise and require learner participation, but not all of them. Lacking of the technology the other parts of Assure Model, for example Select Media&Materials, Utilize Media&Materials, couldn't be applied and used effectively. Also some of the used parts of Assure model such as analyze learners and evaluate and revise, couldn't be achieved by theachers. Because their ideas were coming from old techniques and they couldn't keep up with the new genarations. They were using old tecniques and these affected some students educationa life.

Introduction to Technology Integration

I think when I graduate and start to teaching, I will be good teacher to be able to use technological tools about technology integration. Because of this university and my department , I have a chance to be good educator. In our depapartment we should keep the technology updated and follow the changes to do effective and good work. As a result of all , we can keep ourselves updated and stay with the technological changes, so we will be good.

I don't know what will be the new tools for the futures' education. Maybe there will be using new devices with the new technologies and I can maybe have some difficulties to be able to use them. But I am sure I will learn easily and use them effectively in my lessons.

Availability of latest technologies

It is interesting that Turkey is above much more than China and Russia.

REFLECTION 1

   I had some information about my department before that university. But I spend one year for the english level. Because of the  lacking of  english skills , I had to improve my english level . When I passed the profiency exam, I started to show my departmental lessons and I can keep up with that lesson. My departmental lessons are good but I have some difficulties with math and physics. But now I have improved myself with them.

  The teachers play really an important role in these lessons. But I think not all lesson. In our some lessons I can esaily take the informations without teacher. I think being interested with the lesson is important factor during the learning process. If I like the lesson, I can learn easily but if
I don't like there will some problems for that lesson.

How would you describe the current use of technology in teaching in Turkey? When you graduate and start teaching, what changes in the technology in education do you predict? Will the new technology make your job as a teacher easier or more difficult?

In recent times, technology is used in every field of life and many 
people benefit from that. In Turkey, it is also used in many part.
In education, govern and many busines areas cannot continue without
technological devices and technological advantages.

When I graduate and start teaching, I am expecting more and new 
technology in education. Especially in high school and middle
school there should be new changes. Because it is not used all
areas and some of them don't have any devices or some
technological things. The technology is reaaly good thing when
the teaching process. Teacher or instructors can use many
applications to show any information about related topic and 
teach the students many attractive solutions. I will absolutely
use it when I start teaching.
